9. Optional introductions or referrals If Internely offers an optional introduction, referral, or outreach service, we will only share your information with a company or third party after you clearly authorize us to do so. If you select a company or opportunity for introduction, you authorize Internely to share relevant information, which may include your name, CV, profile summary, experience, preferences, and contact information, for the purpose of introducing you as a potential candidate. Internely does not guarantee that any introduction will lead to a response, interview, offer, or internship.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Internely's intellectual property to you. You may use Internely only for your personal internship-search and networking purposes, unless we give you written permission otherwise.

14. Your content You retain ownership of the CV, profile information, documents, and other content you submit to Internely. You grant Internely a limited permission to use, host, process, reproduce, analyze, and display your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide any content you upload or submit.

15. Third-party services and links Internely may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence, email, database services, or other infrastructure. No guarantee of accuracy or availability Internely aims to provide useful and relevant recommendations, but we do not guarantee that information on the platform is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your goals. Companies may change hiring needs, team structures, internship availability, or contact routes at any time. We may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue any part of Internely at any time.

17. Disclaimers Internely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internely disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement, accuracy, and availability.

18. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internely's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed EUR 100, or the amount you paid to Internely in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

19. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Internely from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your outreach messages, or your violation of another person's rights.

20. Termination You may stop using Internely at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Internely or other users, misuse the platform, or if we discontinue the service. After termination, sections that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

21. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting the updated Terms on the website or sending a notice. Your continued use of Internely after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. The courts of [insert jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
